The Pathways to Success Conference is about creating YOUR Pathway to Success - in your career,
your community and your personal life. This conference is for YOU – the Whole woman. It’s about image,
collaboration, networking and the skills you need to build the best life for yourself and those you interact
with every day.
For ten years, the Pathways to Success Conference has been a joint effort of two of the leading business
women’s organizations in Central Illinois, the Central Illinois Chapter of the National Association of Women
Business Owners and Women in Leadership of Central Illinois.
Our mission is twofold: to educate and empower women in business, and to support leadership skill development and increase networking skills by promoting area businesses.
